NEW CONSTRUCTION

Our Construction Department specializes in new installations and tenant improvements. We can take your project from the planning stage to implementation and will handle all aspects of design, documentation, permits, project management, and commissioning. We will coordinate all details of the job including roofing, electrical, and piping. We have a complete in-house sheet metal fabrication department so we can control the quality and scheduling of materials. This way, we can also avoid possible delays from outside suppliers.

Our list of successful projects includes VAV systems, laboratories, clean/sterile rooms, process, exhaust, and DDC applications. Delivery methods include Design Build or Plan & Spec. 

Because we self-perform so much of the work, from sheet metal fabrication to controls, we keep new construction projects on schedule and accountable to a single team.
