Ken is a graduate of Sequoia Institute. After 15 years of general contracting experience, Ken expanded into the HVAC industry and has serviced and installed light commercial equipment. |

James completed Phase I Facilities Maintenance Intership at NASA/Ames Research Center and the Carrier large rooftop equipment training seminar. He also completed courses in Metasys (DX9100 engineering, NAE, FEC, and N30), Trane Boxcar, and Carrier Flotronics. He is also Yaskawa and Toshiba VFD factory certified. James is a member of BOMA and of The Unified Group. |
