2010 Training Schedule

Basic Refrigeration Systems
Wednesday (January 13 – February 17)
Hands-on course covering the basic refrigeration system of commercial packaged HVAC units.
Instructor: Jerry Hurwitz

Basic Electrical Troubleshooting for HVAC
Wednesday (March 3 – April 7)
Hands-on course designed to develop electrical troubleshooting and schematic diagram reading skills.
Instructor: Ramon Lucatero 

Air Flow & Duct Design for the HVAC Mechanic  Class Cancelled

Wednesday (April 21 - May 26)
Hands-on course designed for the HVAC mechanic wanting to learn to analyze and troubleshoot air flow problems.
Instructor: Ken Kellman

 

Hydronics for the HVAC Mechanic   Class Cancelled                            
Wednesday (June 2 - July 7)
Lecture and in-class exercises focused on troubleshooting water flow problems in the field.

Rooftop Packaged Equipment
Wednesday (July 21 – August 25)
Intermediate level class. Lecture and in-class exercises designed for servicing and troubleshooting rooftop packaged equipment from 2 to 5 tons.
Instructor: Dave Agnew

VAV Box Car Systems
Thursday (September 9 – October 14)
A practical course designed for service personnel with a good understanding of packaged systems wanting to upgrade their skill level to VAV systems.

Beginning Pneumatics
Tuesday (October 26 – November 30)
Hands-on course designed to upgrade the experienced mechanic's pneumatic control system skills.
